This notice explains how Melodycrate Questn Media Ltd ("we", "us"), Company No. 14829317, registered office 27 Hanover Yard, Bristol BS1 5JQ, United Kingdom, handles personal data when you use melodycratequestn.click. We are the data controller.

What we collect

We do not run accounts, newsletters or advertising trackers. The tip tool on our Send a Tip page works entirely in your browser; nothing you type is sent to us unless you choose to email it. If you email us, we receive your email address, name (if given) and the content of your message.

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and reliability.

Why we use it

We use emails to read and respond to tips and questions (our legitimate interest in running an editorial site) and server logs to keep the site secure (legitimate interest).

How long we keep it

Emails are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless an ongoing conversation needs them. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host the site and our email, under contracts that protect your data, or where required by law.

Your rights
